To enhance international students' awareness of and willingness to participate in the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL), the Office of International Affairs encourages all foreign and overseas Chinese students at our university to take the TOCFL test. The following incentive program is provided for eligible students. Please fill out the application form below if you wish to apply.
📌 Eligibility Requirements:
1️⃣ Applicants must be foreign or overseas Chinese students currently enrolled at National Kaohsiung Normal University (NKNU).
2️⃣ Applicants must have registered for the official TOCFL test between January 1, 2025 and December 15, 2025 .
3️⃣ Incentives are awarded based on the level of the TOCFL test passed, as follows:
- Level 1, 2 (equivalent to CEFR A1, A2): Incentive of NT$2,000
- Level 3, 4 (equivalent to CEFR B1, B2): Incentive of NT$3,000
- Level 5, 6 (equivalent to CEFR C1, C2): Incentive of NT$4,000
📌 Example Scenarios:
1️⃣ For first-time TOCFL test-takers: If students pass the test, they will receive the incentive corresponding to the level they pass.
2️⃣ Applicants who took the TOCFL during their time at National Kaohsiung Normal University, either last year or the year before: If they take the test again this year and pass a higher level than before, they can still apply for the reward. For example: If Wang Xiaoming passed level A2 last year or the year before, and passes level B1 or B2 this year, he will receive a reward of 3,000 NTD; if he passes level C1 or C2 this year, he will receive a reward of 4,000 NTD.
📌 Required Documents for Application:
1️⃣ A photocopy of the residence permit.
2️⃣ The TOCFL test registration receipt (please keep this during registration).
3️⃣ A copy of the TOCFL certificate showing the level passed.
4️⃣ A photocopy of the bank account passbook.
Submit all four documents in hard copy to the Office of International Affairs, Attn: Ms. Doong Shuching.
📌 Application Instructions and Important Notes:
Students who plan to take the TOCFL test this year and challenge a higher level are encouraged to register early and fill out the application form.

Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If a student fails the test, is absent from the test, or lacks any required documents, the incentive will be awarded to the next eligible applicant on the list.

為提高境外生對華語能力測驗（TOCFL）的認識與參與意願，國際處鼓勵本校外籍學生與僑生挑戰更高級數測驗，逐步提升考試參與率，並增強其學術與職場競爭力。以下為本年度（114年）華語文測驗考照獎勵金申請辦法。
📌 申請資格：
1️⃣申請人必須為本校（國立高雄師範大學）之外籍學生或僑生。
2️⃣申請者須於114年1月1日至114年12月15日期間報考華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）正式考試。
3️⃣獎勵金將依考試級數發放，具體標準如下：
Level 1、2（相當於CEFR A1、A2）：獎勵金2,000元
Level 3、4（相當於CEFR B1、B2）：獎勵金3,000元
Level 5、6（相當於CEFR C1、C2）：獎勵金4,000元
📌 舉例說明：
1️⃣ 首次參加 TOCFL 考試且通過：國際處將依考試通過的級數發放對應獎勵金。
2️⃣ 曾於就讀高師大期間，去年或前年參加過 TOCFL 並提出申請者：若今年參加並通過比先前更高的級數，則仍可申請獎勵金。例如：王小明去年或前年通過 A2 級數，今年通過 B1或B2，即可獲得 3,000 元獎勵金；若今年通過 C1或C2，即可獲得 4,000 元獎勵金。
📌 申請須備文件：
1️⃣ 居留證影本
2️⃣ TOCFL 考試報名收據（請於報名時保留）
3️⃣ TOCFL 通過證書
4️⃣ 存摺影本
請將以上文件紙本繳交至國際處承辦人 董淑卿小姐。
📌 申請流程及注意事項：
預計參加今年 TOCFL 考試並挑戰更高級數者，請提前報名並填寫報名表單。
報名以先後順序為準。若測驗未通過、缺考或文件不齊，將由後續報名者遞補獎金。
