日月光半導體（ASE）高雄廠推出 「2026 大四預聘計畫」。本計畫專為大四即將畢業投入職場同學設計，

畢業證書還沒拿到，Offer 就已經在口袋！

我們誠摯邀請貴單位協助將此計畫轉知予 [理工/資訊/自然科學/商管/管理] 等相關系所學生，協助同學在畢業前夕精準接軌職涯。

計畫重點特色如下，敬請撥冗參閱：

 【應屆畢業生專屬】大學預聘計畫
適合對象： 預計於 2026/07 ～ 12 月 取得畢業證書者。
先拿 Offer： 畢業證書未到，口袋已拿 Offer，跳過求職焦慮期。
報到獎金： 限時加碼，完成報到即享專屬入職金援。
重點職缺： 設備、儲備幹部、自動化、製程、廠務及職安工程師。
申請期間： 2026/03 ～ 2026/06（設備與儲幹早鳥報名優先4/25假日面談）。
