求職換匯詐騙防範宣導Job-Seeking and Currency Exchange Scam Prevention

親愛的同學們：

Dear students,

近日本校接獲通報，有同學因求職需求，於網路點選工作機會連結並加入陌生人 LINE，後續遭對方以「協助換匯」等名義要求下載虛擬貨幣交易 App 並綁定個人銀行帳戶，帳戶中隨即出現不明款項。所幸經銀行櫃檯人員關懷提問、師長陪同處理後，已即時至派出所完成報案。

The university recently received a report that a student, while searching for a job online, clicked on a job opportunity link and added an unknown person on LINE. The person then asked the student to assist with “currency exchange,” download a cryptocurrency trading app, and link a personal bank account. An unknown sum of money was later transferred into the account. Fortunately, with the alertness of bank staff and the assistance of university personnel, the student reported the case to the police in time.

學校在此提醒同學，求職、打工、換匯、投資及虛擬貨幣相關訊息均應提高警覺，切勿輕信網路陌生人或未經查證的工作邀約。

The university reminds all students to stay alert when dealing with job offers, part-time work, currency exchange, investments, or cryptocurrency-related messages. Do not trust online strangers or unverified job opportunities.

請同學特別注意以下事項：

Please pay special attention to the following:

一、勿點選不明求職連結或加入陌生 LINE 帳號。

如工作內容不清楚、薪資異常優渥、對方不願提供公司正式資訊，極可能涉及詐騙。

1.Do not click unknown job links or add strangers on LINE.

If the job description is unclear, the pay is unusually high, or the person refuses to provide official company information, it may be a scam.

二、勿將個人銀行帳戶、金融卡、密碼或驗證碼提供他人使用。

即使對方聲稱只是「代收款項」、「協助換匯」或「工作流程需要」，都可能使帳戶成為詐騙工具。

2.Never provide your bank account, debit card, password, or verification code to others.

Even if the person claims it is for “receiving payments,” “currency exchange,” or “job procedures,” your account may be used for fraudulent activities.

三、若帳戶出現不明款項，請勿任意提領、轉帳或操作。

應立即聯繫銀行、報警，並通知學校師長或相關單位協助。

3.If unknown money appears in your account, do not withdraw, transfer, or operate the funds.

Contact your bank, report the case to the police, and inform university staff for assistance immediately.

四、涉及虛擬貨幣交易、換匯或代操投資時，務必提高警覺。

要求下載特定 App、綁定銀行帳戶、轉帳至指定帳戶，都是常見高風險徵兆。

4.Be highly cautious with cryptocurrency, currency exchange, or investment-related requests.

Being asked to download a specific app, link a bank account, or transfer money to a designated account are common warning signs.

五、如已接觸可疑對象，請保留對話紀錄與轉帳資訊。

包括 LINE 對話、對方帳號、連結、App 操作畫面、銀行紀錄等，以利警方調查。

5.If you have contacted a suspicious person, keep all records.

Save LINE conversations, account information, links, app screenshots, and banking records for police investigation.

如遇疑似詐騙，請立即尋求協助

If you suspect a scam, seek help immediately.

請撥打 165 反詐騙諮詢專線、110 報案專線，或立即聯繫導師、系辦、國際處、學務處或校安中心。

Please call the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline, 110 Police Hotline, or immediately contact your advisor, department office, Office of International Affairs, Office of Student Affairs, or Campus Security Center.
