To enhance international students' awareness and participation in the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL), the OIA encourages international and Overseas Chinese students to challenge higher proficiency levels. This initiative aims to increase exam participation rates and strengthen students' academic and professional competitiveness.
📌 Eligibility
1️⃣ Applicants must be currently enrolled international students or Overseas Chinese students at National Kaohsiung Normal University (NKNU).
2️⃣ Applicants must take a formal TOCFL exam between January 1, 2026, and November 15, 2026.
3️⃣ Incentives are awarded based on the level achieved:
Level 1 & 2 (CEFR A1, A2): NT$2,000
Level 3 & 4 (CEFR B1, B2): NT$3,000
Level 5 & 6 (CEFR C1, C2): NT$4,000
📌 Examples & Clarification
1️⃣ First-time TOCFL Candidates: The OIA will issue the incentive based on the level passed.
2️⃣ Previous Applicants (During NKNU Enrollment): If you previously received an incentive for a TOCFL exam during your time at NKNU (e.g., last year or the year before), you are eligible for a new incentive only if you pass a higher level this year.
Example: If "Wang Xiao-Ming" passed Level A2 in a previous year and passes B1 or B2 this year, he is eligible for NT$3,000. If he passes C1 or C2, he is eligible for NT$4,000.
📌 Required Documents
Please submit hard copies of the following to Ms. Ling-Chiao Huang at the OIA:
1️⃣ A photocopy of the Residence Permit
2️⃣ TOCFL Exam Registration Receipt (Please keep this after registration)
3️⃣ TOCFL Certificate (Proof of passing)
4️⃣ Copy of Bank Passbook (Cover page)
📌 Application Process & Important Notes
1️⃣ Students planning to take the TOCFL and challenge a higher level this year should register early and fill out the pre-registration form.
2️⃣ Incentives are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis (based on registration order).
3️⃣ If an applicant fails the exam, is absent, or provides incomplete documentation, their spot will be forfeited and passed to the next candidate in line.

為提高境外生對華語能力測驗（TOCFL）的認識與參與意願，國際處鼓勵本校外籍學生與僑生挑戰更高級數測驗，逐步提升考試參與率，並增強其學術與職場競爭力。以下為本年度華語文測驗考照獎勵金申請辦法。
📌 申請資格：
1️⃣申請人必須為本校（國立高雄師範大學）之外籍學生或僑生。
2️⃣申請者須於115年1月1日至115年11月15日期間報考華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）正式考試。
3️⃣獎勵金將依考試級數發放，具體標準如下：
Level 1、2（相當於CEFR A1、A2）：獎勵金2,000元
Level 3、4（相當於CEFR B1、B2）：獎勵金3,000元
Level 5、6（相當於CEFR C1、C2）：獎勵金4,000元
📌 舉例說明：
1️⃣ 首次參加 TOCFL 考試且通過：國際處將依考試通過的級數發放對應獎勵金。
2️⃣ 曾於就讀高師大期間，去年或前年參加過 TOCFL 並提出申請者：若今年參加並通過比先前更高的級數，則仍可申請獎勵金。例如：王小明去年或前年通過 A2 級數，今年通過 B1或B2，即可獲得 3,000 元獎勵金；若今年通過 C1或C2，即可獲得 4,000 元獎勵金。

1️⃣ 居留證影本
2️⃣ TOCFL 考試報名收據（請於報名時保留）
3️⃣ TOCFL 通過證書
4️⃣ 存摺影本

預計參加今年 TOCFL 考試並挑戰更高級數者，請提前報名並填寫報名表單。
報名以先後順序為準。若測驗未通過、缺考或文件不齊，將由後續報名者遞補獎金。
